BOOKING DISCLAIMER

For all portrait sessions; a non-refundable session retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographers approval. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session.

For wedding/event packages; a 50% non-refundable retainer is due immediately to book and hold the date of your event and also serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining 50% balance is due two (2) weeks before the date of the wedding/event.  you can break this up into multiple payments if needed. 

If your wedding/event is scheduled before the 2 week payment is due. All fees will have to be paid at time of booking. ( You will be invoiced ) 

MULTIPLE SUBJECTS IN THE PHOTO SESSION  MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL COSTS

CANCELLATION POLICY

For portrait sessions, client forfeits their session retainer paid to book the session. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling/messaging 48-72 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time. 

IF YOU CANCEL 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SHOOT YOUR RETAINER WILL BE FORFEITED. IF YOU CHOOSE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR RETAINER WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR NEXT PHOTOSHOOT.

PLEASE NOTE THE PHOTOGRAPHER WILL ARRIVE AT THE SHOOT OR BE AT LOCATION OF THE SHOOT  AT LEAST 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE SHOOT. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR SHOOT. THE SHOOT WILL BE CANCELED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE SHOOT ( SUBJECT TO  THE PHOTOGRAPHERS DISCRETION). 

RELEASE OR PUBLICATION OF PHOTOS

LOVELY LADE PHOTOGRAPHY MAY POST PICTURES OR PHOTOS TAKEN EITHER ON THE WEBSITE OR SOCIAL MEDIA AFTER A PHOTOSHOOT. ( SUBJECT TO THE PHOTOGRAPHERS DISCRETION)
